May be appropriate for for Glen (LBP=1 month, Red Flags = Sciatica) Myelography may be appropriate if you are considering surgery for Glen. Discuss this with the surgeon. CT-myelography and myelography are invasive, have an increased risk of complications and are indicated only in special situations for pre-operative planning. |
