Acetaminophen
NSAID
Oral steroids
Muscle relaxants (or benzodiazepines)
Prescription (opioid) analgesics
Colchicine
Antidepressants
No oral medication

Not an appropriate management option.

Oral steroids should be avoided in the initial treatment of acute LBP. There is no evidence that they are effective, and they carry with them a potential for severe side-effects with long-term use.
