Not appropriate for Glen (LBP < 1 month, Red Flags = Sciatica).

Clinical findings strongly suggesting tumour, infection, fracture, cauda equina syndrome, or progressive major motor weakness indicate the use of CT, MRI, CT-myelography as well as consultation of a specialist.

CT-myelography and myelography are invasive, have an increased risk of complications, and are indicated only in special situations for pre-operative planning.
