Second Visit - 2 Weeks post onset

Glen returns in 2 weeks

He feels there may have been a slight improvement but the pain in his back and down his leg is much the same. He has not returned to work.

His neurologic findings are unchanged with the same weakness of ankle dorsiflexion. Functionally he is very limited and still can't walk or stand for long periods. He has no new findings to suggest serious underlying conditions.
