Not required for Glen (LBP < 1 month, Red Flags = Sciatica). Routine spinal imaging tests are generally not indicated in the first month of symptoms except in the presence of Red Flags strongly suggesting tumour, infection, fracture, cauda equina syndrome or progressive major motor weakness.
