May not be appropriate for Eva May (LBP> 1 month, Red Flag = age > 50).

Her LBP is likely idiopathic. X-rays and spinal imaging tests are not recommended for the routine evaluation of patients unless a Red Flag indicating a serious problem is present. However, the back pain has remained for six weeks and you may now consider doing routine lab tests and/or x-rays.
