Plain x-ray Electrophysiologic tests (EMG/SEP) Lumbar CT-scan MRI Bone scan Thermography Myelography Discography No investigations |
May be indicated for Eva-May (LBP > one month, Red Flags = Age >50) CBC and ESR may be useful for the evaluation of patients with acute LBP in the presence of Red Flags which may indicate tumour, infection or inflammation. In this case there has been no improvement in her LBP. You may want to consider lab tests. |
