Not appropriate for Eva-May (LBP < 1 month, Red Flags = age >50).

A bone scan is an appropriate test for patients with acute LBP when spinal tumour, infection, or occult fracture is suspected because of Red Flags on history, physical, collaborative lab tests, or plain x-ray findings (except in pregnant women).
