First Visit - Summary of Recommended Therapy

Patient Education: Reassurance.

Activity Modification: Strengthening exercises using a quota system. Work modification, gradual return to normal activities.

Medication: Acetaminophen 1,000 mg. every 4-6 hours.

Return visit: Eva-May to return in about three weeks. Sooner, if her LBP worsens; if she has sciatica; or if she becomes anxious about her condition.
