Application of heat and cold may be appropriate for Eva-May because of low cost, convenience and comfort reasons.

Shoe insoles may be effective for patients who stand for prolonged periods. There is no evidence that shoe lifts are effective when lower limb length difference is less than 3 cm. Low back corsets and back belts are not proven to be beneficial for acute LBP.
