NSAID

Muscle relaxants (or benzodiazepines)
Prescription (opioid) analgesics
Colchicine
Antidepressants
No oral medication

Correct, acetaminophen or an NSAID is appropriate.

Acetaminophen provides sufficient pain relief for patients with activity intolerance due to LBP.

Acetaminophen also is the safest effective means of pharmacologic symptom control for LBP.
