Further Treatment Algorithm - Ongoing Care of LBP > 4 Weeks

Ongoing care is indicated when:

• The patient's symptoms are persisting
• Imaging does not indicate a need for surgery
• The patient does not want surgery
• epidural injections or surgery have not alleviated symptoms to a degree which allows activity tolerance
